Troy Hams ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP

Managing Director

Troy has been in the General Insurance Industry since 1985 and with Provident since 1999. Troy is a Certified Insurance Professional and an Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute. He is primarily responsible for managing general insurance portfolios for small to medium enterprise.

Polly Harrison

Account Manager

Polly joined Provident in April 2007 and has over 12 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Polly is primarily responsible for support to individual clients regarding Home & Contents, Motor Vehicle, Landlord, Strata and Pleasure Craft.

With access to a diverse range of insurers, she creates insurance solutions that are specific to the unique requirements of the client.

Marc Whiteaker

Account Manager

Marc joined Provident as a part of the merger with Insurance Services (WA) Pty Ltd in 2021 and has been in the General Insurance Industry since 1998.

He started with Insurance Services in 2001 where he stayed until 2005, at that time leaving to travel overseas. He returned in 2008 to take up the roll as the General Insurance Manager. Marc is primarily responsible for managing small to medium enterprise and individual client general insurance portfolios.

Zoe Travetti

Claims Officer/Account Executive

Zoe joined Provident in October 2013 from the UK with more than 15 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry.

Zoe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of claims from lodgement to settlement and provides proactive claims assistant. She also provides advice to individual clients regarding Motor, Home and Contents Insurance.

Stacie-Lee Grootjans

Assistant Account Manager

Stacie-Lee joined Provident at the beginning of 2021 in her current Broker Assistant role.

Her role predominately focuses on administration management providing support to our Authorised Representatives of our Commercial Insurance section to deliver the service our clients are accustomed to.

Stacie-Lee brings with her 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has recently undertaken further industry education to support her chosen career path.

 

Lauren Beck

Assistant Account Manager

Lauren has recently joined Provident bringing with her number of years’ experience in the General Insurance Industry.

Her role will predominately focus on providing support to our Authorised Representatives of our Commercial Insurance section to deliver the service our clients are accustomed to.

Lauren Barker

Administration Officer

Lauren assists the insurance team with all aspects of insurance renewals from queries and quotes, to payments and programs. With over six years’ experience in the insurance industry, Lauren provides support to the Provident Insurance team and all of our valued clients.
