Managing Director

Troy has been in the General Insurance Industry since 1985 and with Provident Insurance Services since 1999.

Troy is a Certified Insurance Professional and an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute.

Troy’s experience is wide and varied across all aspects of the insurance industry and coupled with Troy’s vast knowledge and expertise, this enables him to provide unique solutions primarily for Provident’s commercial portfolio.

Polly Harrison

Account Manager

Polly joined Provident Insurance Services in April 2007 and has over 17 year’s experience in the insurance industry.

Polly is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Personal Lines portfolio which includes Residential Homes, Residential Contents, Landlord properties, Residential Strata properties and Private Pleasure Crafts.

With an extensive knowledge of personal lines products and access to a diverse range of insurers, Polly specialises in creating insurance solutions that are specific to the unique requirements of the individual client.

Marc Whiteaker

Account Manager

Marc has been in the General Insurance Industry since 1998 and joined Provident Insurance Services as a part of the merger with Insurance Services (WA) Pty Ltd in 2021.

Marc is primarily responsible for managing small to medium enterprises and is involved in all aspects of Business, Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance.

With his specialised knowledge, Marc is committed to providing high-quality advice and service based on clients’ specific needs and risk exposure.

Zoe Travetti

Claims Officer/Account Executive

Zoe joined Provident in 2013 from the UK and has more than 24 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry.

Zoe is primarily responsible for the claims management at Provident Insurance Services; overseeing all aspects of the claims from lodgement to settlement and provides valued ongoing support and guidance to our clients during this often, stressful time.

Zoe also assists individual clients regarding their personal Motor Vehicle and Caravan Insurance requirements.
